Sasha Leviyev, Associate Partner
Since 2020, Sasha has been practicing in the fields of leadership assessment and development, organizational development, and organizational culture. He brings a practical yet research-backed perspective to leadership development, with an understanding that targeted behavioral coaching is the key driver of lasting change in leaders and teams. As a coach, he enables leaders to multiply their impact by fostering a culture where they and others can do their best work. He has advised leaders in a number of industries, including food service, manufacturing, aerospace, and financial services. He has also provided coaching to leaders ranging from first-time managers to C-Suite executives. Sasha holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, as well as a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.
Sasha has also been a licensed barber since 2013, and enjoys keeping old skills sharp alongside his dad and brothers at their family-owned barbershop in Scottsdale, AZ. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife, connecting with family and friends, and crushing the competition in fantasy football (2x Champion).
