Kathryn Haber, Partner
Dr. Kathryn Haber has over 25 years of professional experience as a coach, facilitator, and instructor in the areas of leadership, team and talent assessment and development, behavioral health and wellness, and organizational transformation. She has worked with individuals, teams and organizations including startups, Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Her global expertise spans numerous industries including technology, engineering, construction, architecture, insurance, healthcare, financial services, education, aerospace and defense, and the US government.
Kathryn worked as the Executive Coach and Psychologist for Ball Aerospace over the last six years, providing coaching and leadership development for the President and executive and senior leadership teams. Her work included verbal 360s, and selection and development assessments. Prior to Ball, she was a Partner at RHR International, a leader in executive and organizational development. Earlier in her career, Kathryn worked as a senior organizational consultant and executive coach for Somerville Partners, a boutique organizational psychology consulting firm based in Denver, where she leveraged her people and business acumen to help drive financial performance for various companies across industries.
As an executive coach, Kathryn builds empathic relationships that help leaders stretch their abilities in new ways and evolve their approach to multiply the talent on their teams. Kathryn is passionate about partnering with coachees to help them elevate their strategic perspective and manage their approach to have a positive impact on people and culture. With sold sense of the operational and business environment, she takes a holistic, person-centered approach to help clients gain self-awareness, confidence, and practical insights so they may show up as their best selves in all that they do.
Kathryn is a licensed clinical psychologist and a registered corporate coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She holds numerous certifications in personality and leadership assessment. Kathryn serves on the board of Wings of Hope for Pancreatic Cancer Research. Kathryn received a B.A. and M.A. in counseling psychology from Boston College, and a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Denver.
