Jenny Chuang is a leadership coach and consultant who helps leaders and teams navigate change. She brings curiosity, compassion, and collaboration to foster leadership skills and mindsets, intercultural competence, and intentional team alignment. With a deep commitment to sustainable behavioral change, Jenny helps her clients cultivate leadership practices that honor their unique identities and talents.
With over a decade of experience in leadership development, Jenny began her career in international education before transitioning to coaching and consulting. She has worked with leaders and teams across industries including higher education, government, technology, and finance, partnering on integrative assessments, coaching, and team effectiveness. Grounded in a strengths-based approach, Jenny helps individuals recognize their inherent resilience and resourcefulness while equipping them with the tools and frameworks needed for lasting transformation.
Motivated by a love of learning, Jenny is endlessly curious about what influences behavior change – exploring it through biological, psychological, and sociocultural lenses. Her B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition, & Neuroscience and Asian Studies informs her holistic approach to coaching. Drawing from her M.S. in Learning & Organizational Change, Jenny helps leaders and teams integrate evidence-based strategies to foster growth. While at Northwestern, she conducted research on the impact of high-quality listening on motivation, a principle that she applies to help clients find clarity and enhance commitment towards their goals.
Beyond her professional work, Jenny is committed to supporting the Taiwanese American community and dabbling in creative avenues. You might find her at a dance class, browsing the local library, or exploring nature with her partner and two dogs.
