Jane Bouzek, Partner

Jane A. Bouzek applies laser focus to building strong teams and healthy, collaborative, and motivating work environments. Silos, gossip, mistrust, and mis (or no) communication often get in the way of optimal performance, strong teams, and powerful leadership. Jane’s life work is to break down these barriers.

By employing a customized combination of coaching, training, facilitation, and advising, Jane creates programs that meet each client where they are, in order to provide targeted and sustainable improvement. Using a co-collaborative approach, Jane draws on variety of frameworks, including Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of Team model, Shari Harley’s Candid Culture approach to teams, as well as custom programs collaboratively designed with her clients to create the ideal fit for each engagement with the end goal of making every individual, relationship, team and finally – organization – the best they can be.

·         Highly trusted advisor, coach and consultant to executive leaders across industries spanning finance, medicine, higher education, government, and large mission-driven NFP’s.

·         Over 20 years’ experience mediating cases ranging from gang crime to Eviction and pro se, and foreclosure, to cases covered by State and Federal law, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and public accommodation.

·         Interactive trainer and skills coach for Northwestern University, University of Chicago, and De Paul University mediation training programs.

In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with family, reading, staying (relatively!) fit, and producing a 12-song album of original music.
