Barbara Burgess founded Corluma, a consulting and executive coaching practice based in Chicago. As the former COO at the Wright Foundation, Barbara spent 22 years overseeing operations, finances, HR, marketing, and sales while co-leading a consulting division and a women’s leadership organization. Prior to consulting and non-profit management, Barbara served as the Director of Internet Marketing for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and an Internet Commerce Brand Manager for W.W. Grainger Industrial supplies. Barbara is also the creator of the one-woman show, “The Extraordinary Experience of Being Ordinary” and the author of Enough: finding peace in a world of distractions, hustle, and expectations.
