Amelia leads our industrial psychology firm's day-to-day operations while striving to achieve world class client services. As Director of Operations, Amelia continues to optimize our service delivery, oversee our team projects, and ensure operational efficiency throughout the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery 

• Collaborate with senior partners and client stakeholders to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our world-class assessment and consulting goals 

• Manage budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency 

• Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities in our service delivery 

• Establish operational policies that balance client needs with organizational effectiveness
